I need a size that isn't listed. Can you order it for me?

I ordered the wrong O-ring. Can I exchange it for another size?

Yes! But the best way to do this is to treat the exchange as two separate orders. Please place a new order for the new O-ring, then mail the original O-ring order to us in an envelope. Once we receive the original O-ring order we will issue a full refund for the original order.

Are all O-rings new? Will I receive an O-ring that someone else returned?

All O-rings we ship are new from the factory. Although we do offer returns, we never restock returned O-rings.

It's been a week since I placed my order - when will it be delivered?

Most orders deliver in 1-5 business days via USPS First Class mail. We use USPS Intelligent Mail Barcodes to track all envelopes we send. Please check the tracking status and if you see a problem please contact support at sales@oringpost.com

Can you mail O-rings to an address outside the USA?
